Yes. Sun protection is vital both before and after your Vectus session. Direct sun exposure can increase your risk of side effects and reduce the effectiveness of your treatment. Another crucial prep-step is letting your hair grow back in before treatment since laser hair removal only works when hair is in the targeted roots. For this reason, it is important to refrain from waxing or plucking hair at least three months prior to beginning laser treatments to ensure optimal results.
