Can’t hold MD responsible for undependable staff member that dropped my call.ADVICE..If you dont get an answer in 24 hrs CALL back..call each day until an answer is given to your satisfaction. Truly MD offices should automatically call back with the MD’s answer but if non-clinical staff doesnt relay the information than the MD cant respond. The CLINICAL Licensed Staff at Youngs’ were excellent very knowledgeable along Bree and Carissa the U/S girls they too are superb individuals. Lauri front desk super too….other MAs’ (medical assistants) are just that assistants they follow MD directions no licenses so if they forget to give a message no threat!
