Diana was very good in explaning the procedure I was interested in, however, I was at the facility for over 1 1/4 hours for what was suppose to be a brief consultation -taking apprx.1/2 hour. That was in part because I was kept waiting in the waiting area and waiting again and again in the exam room. Not sure whether this is part of the everyday operations or if they were short of staff, however they didn’t appear to be rushing around. Whatever the reason, gives a very bad impression to the prospective patient that this could potentially be a given when they have a procedure/s done which is the last thing a patient wants to feel – unattended to for lengths of time. I was very dissappointed that I was continually kept waiting wherever I was placed, yet want to reiterate that the content of the information given to me by Diana was sufficient and she was knowledgable of the service that I was inquiring about.
