I felt the consultation had too much of an oversell pitch to it. As a new client, I came with questions and hesitations as well. I do believe that cosmetic work can be performed with subtlety and does not always require multiple injections. In my case, 5 to 6 injections were recommended to “fix” the problem areas. That floored me! I would be looking at thousands of dollars for a product that will last maybe 9 months. That’s a high price to pay for a short term effect. I find it difficult to believe that a more financially feasible option is not available or if it is, why would that option not be the pitch instead of the “overdose?” Sometimes one has to wonder if greed may perhaps cloud the perspective of the physician while forgoing the needs, all of them, financial included, of the client. There are times when asking for more, you get less. There is definitely misleading information, both written and through video regarding Dr. Young’s position in all of this. Dr. Young, his credentials, experience and expertise, are quite hyped up and yet, I am told it would not even be he who performs the work but a nurse practitioner. I will keep your prices and advise in mind and continue to price shop at other facilities. On the other side of the coin, I will say I was very appreciative of the opportunity to have a free consultation and have my questions addressed. Thank you for your time.
