My experience with Young Medical Spa overall was very good, despite a few initial problems. The procedure they performed went very well, with a successful surgery and post-surgery result. The team was professional and did their job effectively. For these the team gets 5-stars- excellent job. I did have some minor problems with my initial interactions and visits with the Spa team, due to their closing the King of Prussia office (where my surgery was actually originally scheduled) and later their re-scheduling of my surgery for their Lansdale office- the pre-op visit for which had to be scheduled again for another date due to a conflict on their end. On the day of my surgery in Lansdale, only one thing occurred which I felt was a bit questionable . While my surgery was ongoing, the technical/surgical person doing the procedure literally left the room for over five minutes- during my surgery- to meet with someone else on the staff. I found this not only a bit disturbing, but also somewhat risky as I was still in surgery. I was not alone- there was a staff person still there with me. The tech person doing the procedure did come back in shortly afterward, but this was a bit troubling and should not have occurred. Any meeting or discussion necessary between team/staff members should have been planned and done at another time- not during my surgery. Overall I’m very pleased with my interaction with Young Medical Spa. My post-surgery visit went well and the results appear- just under two weeks later- to be good.
